- Technician checked all the fuses and relays, and scanned vehicle to check for codes and watch live data. Through vehicle live data technician saw where the PCM relay 1 was not operating as intended and designed. Through visual inspection Technician found A/C system wires ran to the PCM relay and directly connected through the fuse box underneath the hood. After disconnecting and test driving a few times relays are working as designed and can be inspected after completing manufacture designed drive cycle
